Producing small parts with traditional IMM usually means building 16-24-36 cavity molds to justify tonnage and injection capacity. The Mini-Injectors can work with 4-8 cavity molds with consequent more precise quality control of each piece (weight, deformation ...) The investment cost for IMM and mold is less.The molds are very light, so the Change mold is manual and very fast (some minutes) Color / material change fast and with little waste of material.
