The TE series are all electric machines that use only the electric motor to operate all operations and control methods. The ball screw in the clamping structure allows the rotary motion of electric motors to change to linear motion. The LM guide has been applied to the center platen of the press and the movable platen to increase molding precision. The injection operation is also controlled by the electric motor, hence the load during mold opening, ejection, etc. Simultaneous action allows this model to maximize energy savings and productivity.
